Account Executive

We have developed and maintained long term relationships with our clients to build true partnerships that expand outside of recruitment to include payroll solutions, candidate screening, onboarding support and ad hoc projects.

We are currently hiring an Account Executive to manage the day-to-day activities of one of our most prestigious payroll clients, ideally based in London or commutable to London, as/when needed, and support the development of our candidate screening solutions, by being an active ambassador in the marketplace.

Full training will be given, but previous experience of working in a client facing role, understanding and appreciating ‘true customer service’ would be ideal. Similarly, if you have worked in a payroll or onboarding role, this opportunity could really escalate your career.

In this role, you will be involved in the following day to day activities:

  • Manage the onboarding process for new Contractors, including collating documentation, verifying information and managing initial queries from both the Consultant and/or Client.
  • Working in partnership with our Payroll & Compliance teams to ensure all contractual information is correct and in accordance with the original instructions.
  • Enter all information onto our CRM, updating files as the assignment progresses.
  • Create weekly reporting for client, ensuring any new starters or closing assignments are highlighted.
  • Ensure all weekly/monthly Timesheets have been collated on time, accurately.
  • Be a point of contact for our client, ensuring any query, or question is managed immediately and effectively.
  • Be the point of contact for our candidate screening solution, supporting colleagues by screening temporary or permanent workers, but also actively promoting the solution to existing and new clients.

To be successful in this role, you are likely to have the following skills/experience:

  • Working as part of a team to deliver excellent levels of Customer Service;
  • Experience in handling and validating data and information with high accuracy;
  • Previous experience of working and communicating with senior executives, working in a fast-paced environment
