Business Development Manager

Devonshire is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join an expert company specialising in customer communications services; customer experience, marketing and more, based in Kingswood, Dublin.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver quarterly business development and sales targets
  • Build and develop a pipeline of business opportunities; engage prospective clients, understand their service needs, quantify requirements and budget
  • Plan and manage your personal territory/portfolio according to strategy plan
  • Utilise CRM tool
  • Represent company at internal/external meetings and network events

Key skills required

  • Must have experience in new business development sales role
  • Experienced in sale of marketing, advertising/print media or workplace solutions offerings
  • Ability to present to audiences of all levels both internally and externally
  • Experienced at negotiation
  • Strategy planning
  • Client relationship management
  • Experience working in an SME environment with corporate size clients advantageous

  • Opportunity to earn up to an additional €40,000 in OTE
