We are recruiting for a new opportunity to join an award-winning HR tech business as a Client Partnership Manager.
This is a brand new role within client partnerships team, within the commercial function.
This would be considered a mentoring and leadership role with responsibility for two executives.
With an allocated portfolio of existing customers, you’ll make sure the users and managers are getting the best out of the products they’re already using, whilst delivering best in class service to ensure renewals are re-secured at the end of their contracted periods.
With HR teams, Corporate & Social Responsibility and Learning & Development contacts, you’ll also network the businesses to introduce new products and services that would enhance their experience and created added value and upsell revenue.
There’s a fantastic marketing and a technical team to help you achieve your goals.

We’re looking for someone with:
- We’re looking for experienced client success/partnerships managers with experience of the HR/L&D/Recruitment landscape
- In an ideal world this would be combined with SaaS or HR tech/Rectech, although this is not essential to be successful in this role
- Naturally you’ll be energetic, yet consultative in your approach, with leadership or mentoring experience, or very ready to take this next step up
- We’re looking for people with fresh ideas and target orientated, winning mentalities
