Our client, an international asset and fund management company is looking for an experienced Cloud Engineer to join their office based in London.

This is a full time, permanent hands-on technical role focused on public cloud within a cross-platform engineering team responsible for the firm’s core technology infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
You will design and maintain the firm’s global network, operating systems.
This includes:
- Security policy and infrastructure, and core network services across datacentre’s, cloud services, and offices
- You will contribute to the design and implementation of these systems
- You will work on systems to automate the management of the public cloud infrastructure
Key Skills:
- Degree in computer science
- Or up to 5 years’ relevant experience
- Extensive knowledge of modern cloud environments (preferably GCP/AWS/Azure)
- Knowledge of operating systems, networking, and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform)
- Proficiency in coding infrastructure products in Python, Go, or a similar language is required
- Previous experience with the design and maintenance of mid-size cloud deployments
- In-depth knowledge of storage and networking configuration
