We are looking for a Customer Success Executive to join our client, a HR tech business.
The company are performing exceptionally well, this is a time of growth in terms of sales and product development.
This is a brand new role within client partnerships and customer success team, within the commercial function.
With an allocated portfolio of existing customers, you’ll make sure the users and managers are getting the best out of the products they’re already using, whilst delivering best in class service to ensure renewals are re-secured at the end of their contracted periods.
With HR teams, Corporate & Social Responsibility and Learning & Development contacts, you’ll also network the businesses to introduce new products and services that would enhance their experience and created added value and upsell revenue.
There’s a fantastic marketing and a technical team to help you achieve your goals.

We are looking for someone with:
- We’re looking for experienced client success executives within SaaS or PaaS environments
- Alternatively, you could come from a recruitment or account management background
- We’re looking for people with fresh ideas and target-orientated, winning mentalities. Boundless energy and positivity a must
