We are working within an award-winning organisation based in Bath who are looking to bring a Facilities Coordinator to the team.
This is a busy and varied role working in support of the Office Manager to ensure a smooth and effective office function.
As an experienced Facilities Coordinator, you will have responsibility for all aspects of Consumables, Maintenance, Health & Safety and Environmental matters relating to the office space. You will take a lead on coordinating maintenance and cleaning contracts and will be the ‘go to person’ for all related queries and enquiries.
As Facilities Coordinator you will have demonstrable experience in a similar role, will be confident in IT, will have knowledge of Facilities and Health & Safety Management and will be a calm, confident and organised individual. Salary: £25,000-£28,000 DOE
Contract: 12month Fixed Term (with a view to perm)
Location: On site in Bath office.
