We're looking for a Head of Client Experience to join a leading customer communications company, based in Essex.
As Head of Client Experience, you will take overall responsibility for and ownership of all aspects of the business activities within the portfolio of clients aligned to the business, ensuring the accounts are satisfactorily profitable, ensure future growth and development as well as maintaining best-in-class customer service.
In addition, you will have overall responsibility for all aspects of the business relationship including client retention, development of the relationship, ensuring innovation and continuous development and expansion of service lines.
As the client-facing champion for the business, the Head of Client Experience is expected to operate comfortably at board level providing ambassadorial support for both clients and their teams within the business.
You will have a voice to drive, facilitate and escalate to ensure that the business uses its full resources to protect, grow, innovate and optimise the business relationship and overall profitability.
- 5-10 years client services experience
- Team management
- Print/POS/transactional mail knowledge would be an advantage
