Lead Generation Specialist

Devonshire is looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to join an expert company specialising in customer communications services; customer experience, marketing and more, based in Kingswood, Dublin.

As the Lead Generation Specialist within the Sales team, you will tasked with researching, identifying and proactively outreaching to new business leads.

Key responsibilities

  • Self-starting, organic sales development; research, identify and outreach to prospective clients
  • Conduct warm transfers to business development team to further develop and close sales leads
  • Liaise with internal specialist teams to schedule and prepare client appointments
  • Achieve lead generation and sales targets
  • Utilising CRM tool (Salesforce)
  • Monthly reporting on lead generation activity

Key skills required

  • Strong phone sales experience; cold calls
  • Experienced in independently researching and sourcing new business opportunities
  • Excellent communication skills
