Are you a Presentation Specialist with a deep understanding of financial markets?
Our client an asset management firm based in Mayfair is looking for a Presentations Specialist to add to their small team on a hybrid basis (2 days in the office and 3 from home)
As the Presentations Specialist, you will be assigned a set of funds to update for client meetings, events and other social platforms. So previous asset management presentations experience is imperative. This is an exciting time to join the team as a lot of transformation is being planned over the coming year.
Key responsibilities:
- Work closely with the ‘internal client’ who are the sales team and fund managers to understand their presentations requirements fully
- Work in a consultative way by suggesting improvements where necessary
- Seek feedback on work completed and act upon improvements in a confident, mature manner
- Ensure accuracy of information on the presentations, this is absolutely essential to this role from a business and regulatory perspective.
Required skills:
- Advanced knowledge of native Word, Excel and PowerPoint – there are no macros set up in this role so you must be confident with the applications.
- Good communication and ability to work effectively with colleagues
- An understanding of the asset management industry and all the regulations that come with it
- Previous experience of working as a Presentations Specialist within a Financial Services
This is a hybrid role where you will be required to work in the Mayfair office 2-3 days per week, please only apply if you are happy with this and have the relevant experience.
