Urgent requirement! We're looking for Project Resource Team Manager. This is a leadership role within the Project team, to manage people and resource scheduling.
With record breaking revenue growth year on year, this B2B marketing services and communications enterprises is expanding through rapid prestigious new customers as well as company acquisition.

This role would be ideally located with a mix of home and office working in the Leicester or Midlands area.
Working as a part of the hugely busy Technology Project Management team, as a part of the wider IT section, this is a leadership role of 3 to drive resource planning for business critical projects.
You’ll understand the demand and supply available from the wider IT team to help them carry out business transformation and customer implementation projects.
With your experience of scheduling and resource capacity, you’ll forecast human and capital resources for either short or mid term timelines.
This is a real communication role, liaising with stakeholders of all levels throughout this complex company, but also one which requires your analysis skills and your ability to create and navigate spreadsheets!
We’re looking for people with these skills and experience…
- Experience of scheduling (people/logistics/time management)
- Team management or mentoring skills
- Strong Excel skills/database manipulation and interpretation
- Management information reporting skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A full UK driving licence is required for this role as some UK travel maybe required
