Regional Account Director

A leading global communications company are looking to hire a Regional Account Director based in Chicago to work with their end client, who are a global real estate company.

Our client provides clients with dedicated, on-site design agencies that are built from the ground up. These agencies live and work right at the very heart of their client’s organisation.

Delivering the precise skills and capacity they require, complemented by creative, digital and production expertise from their wider agency business. Their unique business model creates a truly entrepreneurial, fast-paced, challenging and rewarding environment to work in.

This is a new and critical role for and is a senior level position on a key global account. In this role, you’ll lead and grow the relationship with regional scale and reach.

Partnering with this client to develop our client’s global service across a wide internal customer base and transform the client’s current way of working into our new operating model.

Working with the regional/global leaders you will be accountable for a client P&L, as well as mentoring, managing, and growing the creative design team in your region.

Successful candidates will currently be working for a design/advertising agency and working as a Account Manager/Director.
