Reprographics Workplace Operator

We are looking for a Workplace Operator to join our client based in London.

As Workplace Operator, you will work collaboratively with our clients to deliver the future of agile, connected and high performing workplace.

You will be responsible for ensuring seamless access to a range of services such as Concierge, Records Management, Managed Print Services, Stationery, Reprographics and Distribution Services.

The Workplace Operator will be responsible to improve the day to day working experience of our clients’ employees by ensuring an agile, connected and high performing workplace. Your role will be to support with development that brings automation, productivity and efficiency to business processes.

Key responsibilities

  • Be responsible for providing operational support in any service area as and when required. Services will include Reprographics, MPS, Stationery, Mail, Couriers, Porterage, Meeting Room set ups, Goods in, Concierge, Records and admin.
  • Ensure that full flexibility is maintained working various shifts and with changes at short notice
  • Be flexible to work in any service area as required, rota and on an adhoc basis
  • Responsible for keeping up to date and trained in all areas
  • Ensure that relevant Service Levels are met
  • Responsible in ensuring accuracy when recording any data or financial information whether electronically or by hard copy
  • Responsible in ensuring a high level of customer service is demonstrated and adhered to in all dealings with clients
  • Work and engage with client demonstrating a positive and professional can do attitude
  • Support colleagues and work as a team in order to achieve the best results for clients
  • Undertake the yearly self appraisal
  • Responsible for tracking own activity and report on daily
  • Wear the uniform provided and correct PPE as required
  • Responsible for complying with health and safety and site operational procedures
  • Adhoc tasks as requested by Management

Skills and competencies

  • Solid knowledge and strong experience in Reprographics and use of fiery Command Workstation with Canon or Xerox devices
  • Experience in Couriers/Mailroom/Porterage/Logistics/Goods Is desired
  • Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Proactive approach to work with an eye for detail
  • Problem solving skills
  • Positive and professional with a solution-orientated manner at all times
  • Strong IT skills, competent in Microsoft office applications to intermediate level
  • Flexible to change shifts at short notice
  • Confident and professional approach with a can-do attitude and solution orientated
  • Ability to learn quickly

37.5 working hours per week, various shift patterns between 07:00–19:00 as required.
