Urgent requirement - We're looking for Resource Executives/Administrators (2 roles available) to join our client's IT team.
Reporting to the team manager, this role helps to shape the future work pipeline for the project team and resource scheduling.
With record breaking revenue growth year on year, this B2B marketing services and communications enterprises is expanding through rapid prestigious new customers as well as company acquisition.

This role would be ideally located with a mix of home and office working in the Leicester/Peterborough/Cambridge/Midlands area.
Working as a part of the hugely busy Technology Project Management team, as a part of the wider IT section, You’ll work as part of a team of 3 to help plan resource for business critical projects.
You’ll learn to understand the demand and supply available from the wider IT team to help them carry out business transformation and customer implementation projects.
This is a role where you’ll learn what resource scheduling and resource capacity are all about, helping to put together teams for either short or mid term timelines.
This is a real communication role, liaising with stakeholders of all levels throughout this complex company, but also one which requires your analysis skills and your ability to create and navigate excel spreadsheets!
We’re looking for people with these skills and experience…
- The ability to communicate with people of all levels in an organisation
- Strong Excel skills/database manipulation and interpretation
- Management information reporting skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A full UK driving licence is required for this role as some UK travel maybe required
