Scheduling Coordinator

I’m thrilled to be recruiting for a Scheduling Coordinator to join a hugely welcoming team where there is a real buzz in a global leading comms company to be based at their offices in either Manchester City Centre or Dagenham. This is a permanent, full-time position.

About the role

My client are looking for an individual who is enthusiastic about close and effective communication with a wide variety of teams to maintain schedules. Day-to-day, you’ll arrange new jobs across both the Manchester and Dagenham sites, keep schedules up to date for multiple developers, advising the client services and projects teams a schedule for the requested work and controlling the cross-site charging alongside raising necessary invoices. There is a competitive salary amongst other comforts.

To be successful in the role, you’ll be exceptionally organised with superb communication skills at all levels. Whilst being familiar with software packages including Microsoft Office and Technique, you’ll be very confident in managing deadlines and being resilient when working under pressure.
