We are looking for two Solutions Consultants/Account Managers to join a strategic customer communications agency with an incredible client base across multiple sectors.
These are customer facing roles, working with marketing teams at prestigious consumer organisations on mostly email marketing and integrated hi tech, AI and automated customer journeys.
- Along with the sales teams and Account Directors. working with Customers at the pre-sales stage, to understand client requirements and goals
- Understand customer requirements from a technical perspective and work with internal delivery teams, from tech partners to developers, to come up with the project workflow to present back to the customer.
- Work with internal teams and external marketing technology partners to set up complex and advanced marketing programs
- Reporting and presenting to customers for dynamic follow up projects
We’re looking for…
- Demonstrable experience in digital marketing, specifically within automated marketing, marketing technology and integrated customer journey projects.
- Demonstrable experience working with complex and data driven CRM solutions
- Strong customer interaction / account management skills
- You could be in a similar solutions or technology account management role or….
- …. this could be from your account management background and wanting to move into a slightly more technical orientated role
- Confident use of MS Office
