Our client, a global communication company, is hiring a Studio Coordinator to work on their client site who are a global bank based in Birmingham.
This is a permanent hybrid role working two days in the office and three working from home.
As a member of the client’s studio design onsite team, you will work with their client and their stakeholders, to help manage workflow and processes and produce artwork in an accurate, timely and cost-effective manner.
The studio design team contributes to the development of major campaigns across the client’s brands.
They also support a range of group initiatives and manage a portfolio of artwork for around 1,500 items of literature.
Your key responsibilities will be to maintain the design mailbox, help the studio design team manage the workflow from internal marketing teams, liaise with key stakeholders and project managers to ensure the timely delivery of all print and digital marketing material and creating/resizing artwork to a high standard.
Successful candidates will be currently working as either a Studio Coordinator, Traffic Assistant, Studio Manager within an in-house design team or a design agency.
