Our client a leading customer communications company is looking for a Technology Assurance and Accreditations Manager to join them on a permanent basis.
This role is Hybrid and can be based at one of their main offices in either Bristol, Dagenham or Leicester
As the Technology Assurance and Accreditations Manager, you will be responsible for the management and delivery of all IT Security Certification & Accreditations (PCI DSS, Cyber Essentials Plus, ISO27001) and adherence to any client contractual IT Security deliverables across UK, Ireland & Luxembourg.
Main Responsibilities:
- Overall ownership of policies and processes required to support the IT Certification & Accreditations strategy and individual client contracted IT Security requirements. To include as a priority PCI-DSS and Cyber Essentials Plus external certifications.
- Support Merger & Acquisition activity through the assessment and due diligence of IT Certification & Accreditations and contracted IT deliverables within the company being considered for acquisition.
- Agree with the 3rd party IT outsourcing provider, the schedule of deliverables for PCI-DSS, Cyber Essentials external audits and the required evidence, and artefacts to be collated and referenced as needed for internal and external Security and IT assurance audits.
- Participant in the Design Approval Board and Change Approval Boards to ensure that any new system or platform meets the requirements relating to all applicable IT Security Certifications & Accreditations
Required experience/skills:
- History of leading and delivering successful accreditations and Technology Assurance in a large business environment.
- Detailed knowledge of framework and requirements for PCI-DSS and Cyber Essentials Plus accreditations
- Successful delivery of Technology Assurance processes and policies across a complex environment.
- Experience of working with external auditors and assessors from standards bodies such as PCI QSAs
- Working in an environment where out-of-hours and weekend work was required to deliver team objectives
