Charlotte is one of our Business Support recruiters. She previously worked in HR, which involved working closely with hiring managers and directors to develop job ads and conduct interviews to attract and retain the best talent. With this being her favourite aspect of HR, Charlotte decided to pursue a recruitment career with Devonshire to specialise in this full time.
