Michele is a huge support to the MD and consultants and is a great person to bounce ideas around. As well as making sure the office runs smoothly, she is involved in many projects implementing process improvements such as a new CRM, website, reporting and onboarding. Michele is a wearer of many hats, she is the go-to person who loves to resolve issues, and there is nothing that she does not know or can’t find out.
