Terms of Business

If you are a candidate who we have placed in a freelance or temporary assignment that was created as a result of an introduction made by Devonshire, you will be subject to agreeing to our standard Terms of Business in your employment contract of services.

You will be asked to provide us with sensitive information that will be stored on our database and payroll system to be able to pay you for your work.

If you are a prospective employer or active client for whom we will arrange freelance and temporary assignments or FTC/permanent placements, you will be provided with a copy of our standard Terms of Business and will have to agree to these and to undergo a company credit check prior to working with us.

Your sensitive company information will be stored on our database and payroll system to be able to invoice you for the supplying of employees.

Content Rights

The rights in material on this site are protected by international copyright, software and trademark laws and you agree to use this site in a way which does not infringe these rights.
You may copy material or share information, such as blog posts onto your personal social media platforms for your own private or domestic purposes, but no copying for any commercial or business use is permitted.
